About Us Incorporated in 2005 Nel-Barker.co.uk Ltd, we have been trading as PCFIXd since 2000 We are based in Plymouth, UK, although we do have customers from Estonia to South Africa. As could be expected, the bulk of our customers are located in and around Plymouth. As a significant number of our customers are educational institutions, we have some services and software that we created specifically to meet their needs. This, together with our quality of service, clearly underlines our business ethos: we aim to build a stable and lasting relationship with our customers, one that constantly evolves to meet their changing needs.
| PCFIXd Since trading as PCFIXd, over 80% of our workload is repeat business from satisfied customers. We prefer to keep existing customers to always having to find new ones, and it shows in our services. The fact that so many customers remain as loyal to us as we are to them speaks volumes about what they think of our services. The name-change we made from PCFIXd to Nel-Barker.co.uk Ltd reflects the maturity of our business and we believe our customers will appreciate that. Of course, it is only the name that changed - our services and ethos will always remain focused squarely on you, our valued customer! | Our Free Toolbar Toolbars are often best avoided, but we offer one that comes with many advantages: The toolbare contains no spyware, does not hijack browser searches, allows you to choose from several different search providers, brings you the latest weather and even checks e-mail! However, while nice to have, we don't find any of the above particularly exciting. What does make our toolbar unique is our EarlyAlert (c)2005 system. EarlyAlert delivers early warnings of security flaws, viruses, etc, directly through your browser! Each alert contains instructions on avoiding such flaws (if possible) as well as links to other sources of information relating to the flaw. |
