Also included as a core service is a highly intensive scan of your network for security vulnerabilities. For your and our own peace of mind we will use exactly the same scanning software as what hackers will run against your network sooner or later. This allows us to find - and fix! - vulnerabilities first!
Another standard feature is our highly configurable software to automatically shut down PC's after a specified period of inactivity. After running this on your desktop PC's for a few months you may well see a significant drop in your electricity bill.

We have software to automatically keep all your PC's up to date with updates from Microsoft.
We can monitor your web site, with regular reports to you. Many hosting providers guarantee 99% which means that your site could be down 87 hours and 36 minutes a year. Is that acceptable?
We can set up our bespoke WebExplorer(c)2005 software that can allow you and your collegues secure* access to your own files and folders from virtually any Internet connected PC.
Our software can monitor installed software and hardware for all PC's on your network. Do you find hardware sometimes goes missing, or non-work related software is installed by workers? Get an alert if such a change occurs on any Windows PC on your network!
Our Fortress firewall appliance, if selected, will not only protect your network, but will also do web content filtering. Should you ever get sued under the sexual discrimination act because somebody accessed a pornography site this may well be the best way for you to show you have taken due care to prevent such an incident from occurring.
The Fortress appliance also allows you to specify who has Internet access and limit the times of day of such access. By example, it enables you to only allow Internet access during lunch breaks.
