Provided your Windows-based computer retains enough functionality to connect to the Internet and to run our RemoteRepair utility, we can often perform repairs over the Internet.

Our custom RemoteRepair utility allows us to see your screen and use your PC as if sat in front of it.

 

Of course, you can see exactly what we're doing at all times and you can disconnect us when ever you feel like it. Most importantly, we cannot connect to your PC - you must start the connection from your machine!

 

And best of all, our RemoteRepair utility will remove itself from your computer when the session is ended.
